Dr. Klemperer’s general dermatology practice is currently at capacity, but we can place you on our waitlist. We are accepting new patients for her regenerative aesthetic treatments along with visits to WELL Loft and Studio. Please call 805.770.7726 to schedule an appointment.

Will you take my insurance?

In order to provide the type of care that we are offering, we are stepping out of all insurance, including Medicare. We want to make you and your care our priority. We are thus embracing a direct pay, fee-for-service practice model. Full payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, check, VISA and MasterCard.

Is this a concierge practice?

Is it a membership-based practice?

No. There are no monthly or annual premiums. Nor are there any membership fees.

Can I get reimbursed for my visit?

Upon request, we will provide you with a courtesy bill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of your insurance provider.  All questions regarding your insurance coverage and reimbursement should be directed to your insurance company or benefits manager. Medicare will not reimburse for our services, nor will Medicare Secondary/Supplemental insurance plans.

Will insurance cover my lab work?

What about pathology, if I have a biopsy?

All lab work, including pathology, will be billed separately through your insurance directly by the lab facility.

Will Dr. Klemperer have my medical records from her previous practice?

Unfortunately, your records do not automatically transfer to her new practice. You will need to contact the previous office and ask for your records to be sent. This can take time. We thus ask that you do this at least 1 month prior to your appointment, in order to ensure that Dr. Klemperer has access to your records at the time of your visit.
